I purchased new, 2014 Dodge 100th Anniversary Challenger RT(Baby), Then we purchased a sweet Chrysler Sebring as a winter car, I persuaded my husband to trade in his 2010 Dodge Truck for a 2015 Dodge Big Horn Ram Truck. We just brought it home last night. He loves that truck so much, I thought he was going to spend the night in it! When I walk into the Dealership, I feel at home. The personnel treat you as a human being and not a dollar sign. Our Salesman, Randy Martin, is our go to guy, our friend and part of our family. Our Granddaughter purchased a new Jeep Patriot last year and still loves it. So now the dealership has become generational. How many dealerships can say that? "Customer Review to: Dustin Bogart"I found the exact truck I'd been looking for at this dealership. I called them and was put in touch with Dustin. He was extremely nice, although new. Whenever I put questions to him that he didn't know, he put his sales manager on the phone to answer them. I told them to give me their best price, and to call me back when they had it. An hour later I received a call back, and after some minor back and forth discussion, we reached an agreeable price. I booked a flight to Quad Cities airport and Dustin said he'd pick me up and take me to my hotel, which he did. The next day we did the deal, and I had myself a new truck! Everyone was more than friendly and cordial. This is the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle site unseen, and it couldn't have gone smoother. We had it towed to Kimberly. Although there were a lot of variables to ensure we could get back on the road, Bill Burton coordinated the parts ordering (as the part was not stocked), ensured it got there on time, booked mechanic to ensure we could make it back home for another important commitment.
