 I am enjoying my new truck.  Going from the Dakota to a Ram is quite a different ride.  It will definitely take a little getting used to.  If it is any thing like my Dakota was, I will enjoy driving it around. 

 Randy did a good job of explaining every thing about the truck to me.  Being some what of a gear head, I knew quite a bit about the Ram truck already.  He came through with every thing he told me and the appraiser gave me close to what I thought I needed out of my old truck.  Kimberly Car City would definitely be the place to go if you want a good deal and good service.  You have a product that pretty much sales itself.  For me, I guess I was in a frame of mind that I was going to trade so it was almost a slam dunk for you guys.

We would never take our cars anywhere else. In fact our youngest was in Ames earlier this year and had a problem with her car, she called Ian, he gave her good information. Also, when I called in about the turn signal problem I was experiencing I spoke to Ian, he gave me an estimate on cost, and he was right on when they looked at the car. He also said it would take between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. Well let me tell you I was out in an hour!

Here's what there saying: " Writing about your Kimberly Chrysler service department. 3 weeks ago I totaled my truck and travel trailer on I-80 in Davenport. Freds wrecker towed my truck to your place. Matt White, bless his heart, help me beyond words. I was totally stranded, no friend, no money, no family, no car, and 1300 mi from home. Matt gave me a car to drive around in and allowed me to store my wrecked truck there for a few days. I was gonna let y'all fix it, but Progressive totaled the Dodge truck. Bummer. So I stayed in the motel and searched for another truck, finally finding one in Kentucky. Your shuttle driver carried me to the Moline airport......per Matt & Ian's instructions....and would not let me call a cab! Tremendous help to a stranded icy bridge victim.  Much appreciated. "Just a note to offer appreciation to the outstanding treatment my wife and I received on Saturday, past. We came into the dealership with the intent of putting Nancy behind the wheel of a 3-series only in order to see if she would find it accommodating. You see, we had been Buick buyers for quite some time! As a long time GM guy I was not happy going to the Ram dealer but, on a dare I did. Too say I was blow away would be putting it lightly. The Ram is the best truck I have ever driven and the dealer is by far one of the best I have dealt with in years. They go out of their way to service you before,during and after the sale.
